What products do you provide to affiliates in the State of Florida? |

TSC has several unique traffic safety products that are new to the State of Florida. We offer the first ever DHSMV-approved booklet course for Florida’s 4-hour BDI / TCAC program and the most entertaining Florida traffic school video ever produced, as well as engaging Internet and classroom options. We also have the 8-hour intermediate course (Internet only); the 12-hour advanced course (Internet and classroom); and, for aspiring motorists, the First Time Driver course (Internet and classroom) and the Driver’s Permit Online. TSC can provide you with any course(s) you choose; or we can supply you with our entire catalog of products in Florida, making us your one-stop provider.

TSC is proud to offer the first 4-hour Basic Driver Improvement booklet course ever approved by the Florida DHSMV. Our “Traffic School Book” is convenient, entertaining, and easy-to-read, with great illustrations and interesting photographs. Students don’t have to commit to huge blocks of time or remain glued to a computer screen . They can take the booklet with them and study literally anytime, anywhere. We have found that doctors, lawyers, students, homemakers, and people who frequently travel love the convenience of a handy booklet program. It also appeals to those who prefer reading text from a page instead of a computer monitor and to those Floridians (about a third of the state’s population) who lack Internet access. How does your new booklet course work? |

Students simply call a toll-free number or login to a website at the beginning and end of each chapter. We’ll make sure they’ve fulfilled their time requirements and ask a validation question to ensure that they’ve read the chapter. How do your prices compare to other course providers? |

As you know, prices vary dramatically throughout the state, as does the quality of the courses. Our courses are newly approved in Florida and, thus, we are committed to offering a superior product at a very competitive price. Our commitment is to provide the best service and support in the industry at costs that, in some instances, can be much lower than those of our competition. How long does it take to process a completion certificate? |
| |
Certificates will be dispatched by our state-of-the-art call/processing center via first class mail on the business day following course completion. Certificates are processed in Florida between 10 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday.

Who reports completions to the Florida DHSMV? |
| |
The state of Florida requires that all course completions be reported promptly and uploaded to the DHSMV website. Internet, video/DVD, and booklet course reporting is handled for you automatically by TSC. You have the flexibility to report live classroom completions yourself; or, for a nominal programming fee, TSC can handle it for you.

We provide our affiliates with a state-of-the-art website to track registrations and daily sales figures. And don’t forget that our administrative staff is always here to support you. Assistance is only a phone call away.

What other services or programs you can provide? |
| |
TSC is pleased to offer our affiliates proprietary, cleaned clerk of court lists at a nominal fee. These lists generally help to reduce unneccessary mailings and focus your expenses on the students most likely to take your courses. We can also provide you with direct mailing services that will target market clients by county or other customized criteria. Further, we offer teacher training, marketing and graphic design services, professional printing, and the services of our state-of-the-art call center. We also provide website hosting and professional website design services (free of charge to our affiliates via one of our customizable site templates).
